Pastor's Dave and Karen Green
We have been ministering at Halifax Elim Church since 1990.
We have three grown up children, 2 grandchildren and a gold fish.
Halifax Elim Church exisits as a serving and a sending church, with the foundation of all we do being "The Royal Law" loving God and loving others. There is nothing more important than growing in God, loving Him with all of who we are, having a servant heart and being out in the world loving people into the kingdom.
It wouldn't take an observer of our church long to see the high value we place on our servant-hood. By far the majority of any small groups we have seek to recognise and release the amazing variety of giftedness that God has put in His people.
Nothing encourages us as much as seeing people grow in faith, mature in themselves and move forward in their lives. Over years we have seen people come and go in Halifax and are pleased to say that much of the going has been to serve God in some other part of the country or world.
Sunday mornings see us meeting together to worship God through song and prayer, the preaching of the Word of God and fellowship. Please feel free to join us any Sunday at 10.30am.
